Find out who we are and why we are here

Argentina

We are interested in whatever happens in our world. I mean not just what newspapers can tell.
I think it is important to know what people think about the things that happen to them or near them. How they see the world they know and how they feel about it.
I do not mean politics or economy or any of that. I am talking about everyday´s life and real people.

Don't you think, for example, that to know what and how people cook at their home can help you understand how they live and which are the things they like?

I certainly must have a different vision of the world from my house in a little town in Argentina than someone living in New York.

I hope I can make myself understood. By the way, as you will probably note, English is not my native language.

Me (David)(49) and my wife (Sarila)(48) have three kids: A girl of 22(Gertrudis), a son of 18(David) and a boy aged 12(Pablo).

We live in El Corte, near a small town called Yerba Buena, about 12 km from San Miguel de Tucumán. San Miguel de Tucumán is the head of the province of Tucumán, about 1300 km from Buenos Aires, which I am sure you must have heard of.
Our house is on the final slopes of the Aconquija mountains, in what can be called a rain forest, or something very close to that.
